These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Arrival Assist (operated by GlobEntry Services LLC) within Malaysia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Introduction to Arrival Assist Services
Arrival Assist, operated by GlobEntry Services LLC, provides visa and document application processing services. Our services are designed to facilitate the application process for various travel documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our users in Malaysia. We act as a private agency assisting individuals with their travel document applications and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity. We do not provide legal advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of any changes or revisions to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Malaysian law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Arrival Assist services, you agree to:

- Understand that Arrival Assist is a private agency and not a government body. Any fees paid to Arrival Assist are for our services and do not include government application fees, which must be paid separately.
5. Service Scope and Limitations
Arrival Assist offers assistance with the preparation, review, and submission of visa and document applications. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee the approval of any application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant government authorities. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user, changes in government policies, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are clearly stated on our website. All payments are processed securely. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you select. Our fees are for the processing and assistance services we provide and do not include any government fees, visa fees, or other third-party charges.
7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Arrival Assist website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GlobEntry Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Arrival Assist makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Arrival Assist (GlobEntry Services LLC) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arrival Assist (GlobEntry Services LLC), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
