Visa Requirements

Foreign nationals who qualify for visa-on-arrival (VOA) or visa-free entry into Malaysia can utilize the MDAC. However, travellers from countries that mandate obtaining a visa before arrival may not be able to use the MDAC unless they fall into the VOA or visa-free categories

  1. You can access the application for the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) here.

  3. Fill out your personal and travel information in the application form. If you are applying as part of a group, each member must have their own application form. However, one form can cover up to five individuals. If your group exceeds five, simply complete additional application forms. You can use the same email address for all submissions.

  4. 4- Payment can be made via Debit/ Credit card. Once your payment is successful, you will receive a receipt and an invoice for the service, allowing you to complete your Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) application online.

  4. Confirmation: After a successful submission, travelers will receive a confirmation email indicating that their application has been received. If there are any inaccuracies in the information provided, you will receive an email within 2 hours requesting clarification of the provided information.
  5. Arrival Process: Upon arriving in Malaysia, travelers go through the immigration checkpoint as usual. Immigration officers access the submitted information in the digital arrival card and verify the traveler’s details as part of the immigration process.
  6. Completion: Once the immigration check is complete, travelers collect their luggage and exit the airport or port of entry.
