By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Introduction to Arrival Assist Services for Bali

Arrival Assist, operated by GlobEntry Services LLC, provides visa and document application processing services specifically tailored for travelers to Bali, Indonesia. Our services are designed to facilitate the application process for various travel documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our users planning to visit Bali. We act as a private agency assisting individuals with their travel document applications and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity, including the Indonesian government or Bali provincial authorities. We do not provide legal advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of any changes or revisions to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indonesian law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement as defined in Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Arrival Assist services for Bali, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the application process.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia and Bali regarding travel documents, immigration, and tourism.
• Understand and comply with Bali's specific tourism regulations, including the tourist tax (IDR 150,000), dress codes for sacred sites, and behavioral guidelines.
• Cooperate with Arrival Assist in providing any additional information or documentation required for your application.
• Understand that Arrival Assist is a private agency and not a government body. Any fees paid to Arrival Assist are for our services and do not include government application fees, tourist taxes, or other official charges, which must be paid separately.

5. Bali-Specific Requirements and Regulations

When using our services for Bali travel, you acknowledge and agree to comply with:

• Tourist Tax: Foreign tourists must pay the Bali tourist tax of IDR 150,000 (approximately USD 9.24) before or during their stay in Bali.
• Visa Requirements: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Indonesia.
• Cultural Respect: You must dress modestly when visiting sacred sites and public spaces, and behave respectfully according to local customs and traditions.
• Local Laws: You must comply with all Indonesian and Balinese laws, including traffic regulations, environmental protection rules, and cultural preservation guidelines.

6. Service Scope and Limitations

Arrival Assist offers assistance with the preparation, review, and submission of visa and document applications for travel to Bali. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee the approval of any application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant Indonesian government authorities. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user, changes in government policies, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are clearly stated on our website. All payments are processed securely. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you select. Our fees are for the processing and assistance services we provide and do not include any government fees, visa fees, tourist taxes, or other third-party charges.

8. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) of Indonesia. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We will obtain your written or recorded consent for personal data processing as required by Indonesian law.

9. Electronic Agreements

These Terms constitute an electronic agreement under Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (EIT Law) and Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Trading Through Electronic Systems. Electronic agreements are recognized as valid under Indonesian law, provided they meet the requirements stipulated in Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code.

10. Tourism Services Compliance

Our services related to Bali tourism comply with Indonesian tourism business regulations. We understand that tourism services in Indonesia require proper licensing and adherence to local regulations. While we assist with document processing, we do not provide tourism services directly within Bali.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arrival Assist website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GlobEntry Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Arrival Assist makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Arrival Assist (GlobEntry Services LLC) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arrival Assist (GlobEntry Services LLC), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

15. Language Requirements

In accordance with Indonesian law, this agreement is provided in English. Should there be any requirement for an Indonesian language version, such translation will be provided upon request. The English version shall remain the governing document unless specifically required otherwise by Indonesian law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Arrival Assist (GlobEntry Services LLC) regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
